DATE: date represented as a sequence of eight unsigned packed decimal digits(yyyymmdd) occupying four bytes; permitted values are legal dates in the range January 1st A.D to December 31st
TIME: Time, represented as a sequence of six unsigned packed decimal digits(hhmmss) occupying three bytes; permitted values are legal times in the range midnight to midnight ie:000000 to 240000
TIMESTAMP: “Timestamp” (combination of date and time accurate to the nearest microsecond),represented as a sequence of 20 unsigned packed decimal digits(yyyymmddhhmmssnnnnnn),occupying ten ytes;permitted values are legal timestamps in the range 0001010100000000000 to 00001231240000000000.
